Writer, director and actor Matt Byrne has hilariously brought the Australian weekend alter-ego to Adelaide Fringe 2002 with Barrackers! Follow footy team The Fernwood Ferret’s near highs and constant lows through the eyes of yobbo supporters Weasel (played by Byrne), Bazz (Glenn Butcher), Deano (Chris Kendall) and Stazz (Glen Christie), and other characters, who range from corporate box snobs to the grannies by the fence. This show is a very funny insight into our sporting culture. The club song is a scream.
