Director, first-time writer and shameless star Matt Byrne reveals he is also a lifelong footy fan with an often hilarious, down-to-earth depiction of the ecstasy and agony that comes with following the game. In rapid-fire vignettes, the four-man team variously portrays rabid fans, tarty players’ wives, feisty grannies and a readily identifiable commentary team. It’s the best way to kickstart your season!
